Recently the Union Labour Office has declared the AICPI (All India Consumer Price Index) data which hints that the Centre would announce at least a 4 per cent hike in the DA. If the centre hikes the DA, then the state government rates will also change accordingly. In 2020, the Centre had decided to freeze DA till June 2021 due to pandemic, based on the recent buzz centre will revise the DA but the salary hike will take place only after June 2021.
