In light of the recent pandemic of Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) <\/a>decides to halt its ongoing tests. To avoid the spread of the Covid-19 the commission decided to postpone all its examination programmes of March 2020 indefinitely. The fresh exam dates will be updated on due course time depending upon the situations. As of March 19, the commission postponed the SSC CHSL, JE examinations.<\/p>\n

SSC CHSL, JE 2020 Exams Postponed <\/strong><\/h2>\n

The SSC CHSL 2019 preliminary examinations were scheduled to be conducted from March 17, 2020, to March 28, 2020. The examinations for the SSC CHSL Tier-01 had been concluded on March 17, 18, and 19 as per the schedule. The examinations from March 20, 2020, to March 28, 2020, is postponed. The commission is yet to declare the new dates, and schedule for the remaining shifts.<\/p>\n

Apart from the ongoing SSC CHSL 2019 preliminary examinations, the scheduled SSC JE (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Quantity Surveying & Contract) exam is also postponed. The commission bulletin also mentions about the rescheduling of the SSC JE 2019 preliminary examinations. The SSC JE 2019 preliminary exams were scheduled to commence from March 30, 2020, onwards.<\/p>\n
