Kerala.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Selection<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selection of aspirants is done by Direct Recruitment method based on written exam.<\/li>\n<li>The selection will be made on the basis of a revenue District , subject to the special conditions laid down in GO(MS)No.154\/71\/PD dated 27.05.1971.<\/li>\n<li>A candidate advised for appointment in one revenue District from the Ranked List prepared for that district is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he\/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district.<\/li>\n<li>Based on the rules in G O (P) No. 4\/61\/PD, dated 2.1.1961, transfer is allowed after five years.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates already in Government Service holding this post in this
