The move was made by the World Athletics to support the Japanese organizers and the International Olympic Committee (IOC). The reason cited for his resignation was differences over ESOPs, annual salary, and remuneration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jadhav was elevated as MD and CEO in September 2019. Previously, he was associated with the wealth management platform since the inception of the firm.
