Kerala PSC Staff Nurse Grade 2 Salary<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Selected Staff nurses generally work in hospitals, long-term care facilities, Governor’s households, Jails, Public health care centres across the state.\u00a0 Staff nurses may carry out assessments of patients and administer care and medications as needed, and must also keep notes regarding patients’ care and development. Nurses may also create discharge plans for individual patients based on the Doctor’s recommendations. They are often in charge of managing groups of nursing attendants and may schedule their shifts and delegate tasks.<\/p>\n

All most on an annual basis, Kerala PSC recruits registered nurse persons towards the Staff Nurse Grade-2 posts. PSC recruits candidates for the Staff Nurse position across various departments like Medical Education, Insurance Medical Services, Secretariat Services, Public Health etc. The starting scale pay of Staff Nurse Grade-2 in Medical Education department is Rs. 27800-59400. While the pay scale in Ayurvedic Medical Education department is Rs. 10480-18300. Every month the nurses are entitled to Uniform allowances, ESI allowances, etc. If you are hired in Mental hospitals as Nurse then you are entitled with extra allowances along with the existing allowances. The nurses placed in the X-Ray Sections of Hospitals do get Rs.60 per month allowances, while the rate is Rs.90 fo Radium Sections of Hospitals. With all allowances, a newly joined Staff Nurse can have an in-hand salary of around Rs. 25000.<\/p>\n
