The second phase is the which that made a drastic impact and lasted for three years with its terrific fear upon the state. The initial phase saw the IDF advanced through the shore and crossed the river to move to the target area Beirut. Later, they moved to the Shouf Mountains in the Beka\u2019a Valley.<\/p>\n<p>The destruction of the Syrian SAM array in the Lebanese Beka\u2019a Valley is considered as one of the greatest destruction in the initial war sequence, which was done within hours. The destruction was done with the help of a huge air battle, 25 Syrian Planes were shot down, making a large impact upon the Syrian air defence. Later, after the massive destruction and violence, a peace treaty was signed but not ratified. The exiting Christian government of Lebanon which was fragmented and unstable was too weak for such an initiation.<\/p>\n<p>The Israeli forces and military had to witness massive violence resulting in 1,216 soldier\u2019s death during the period of 1982, June 5 to 1985 31 May. The Prime Minister of the time, Menahem Begin brought a phrase of justification for this as \u201cA War of Choice.\u201d The collapse of Operation Peace of Galilee prevailed the new national alliance government, which took a position in 1984, to eliminate from Lebanon. A token force was given back, to help the inhabitants of south Lebanon to watch the Security Zone.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Innocent_Children_as_the_Victims\"><\/span><strong>Innocent Children as the Victims<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>As a result of these wars and conflicts, innocent children were suffering and being victims of abuse and violence. The rate of 250 million children affected by the vulnerable acts and violence was taken into account. Later, this provoked the UN to recognize the need for the protection of the rights of the children. The children were indeed suffering more without knowing the actual reason for it. There were cases of death, injuries and being orphaned. Such children wanted a consideration globally. The reported sexual violence, denial of humanitarian access, attacks and bombing in schools and hospitals resulting in death and handicaps are in consideration.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, they considered these and put forward a day to remind the relevance of protecting the rights of children, globally. This to create awareness, reminiscence of the past death cases of children, to bring light upon to the harsh realities the children were suffering. Child torture, physical, sexual and emotional abuses too are considered here. Thus, this day serves as a day to create a change and not to repeat the past. The laws and orders were already implemented for the rights of children. But securing their rights were hard in situations of war and violence. Thus, UN advice to promoted peace treatise and bills that focuses on the absence of violence.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Stop_Violence_on_children\"><\/span><strong>Stop Violence on children!<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The need to stop such violence against children is high. As the children are in the initial stage of their life, it creates a strong impact upon them. This will affect their future life too. Some children who are affected by the terror of violence does not recover to life. The trauma haunts them throughout and makes life miserable for them. The use of children in war, the impact of sexual violence, abduction and the sudden attacks in schools have to be stopped.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Relevance\"><\/span><strong>Relevance<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression is observed to acknowledge the pain of child victims who were in the harsh realities of war and violence in the past as well as in the present. This has great relevance, as this reminds the whole world about the terrific past and asks the support of the world for the still prevailing violence against the children. This isn\u2019t just about the war and Collison, but also any type of violence against children where they are unable to speak up counts. This day allows the reflection of the need to protect the children\u2019s rights. Also, allows questioning the community if a violation of such right happens.
