Every year the Union Public Service Commission or the UPSC invites applications from eligible Indian citizens to fill the vacant positions across different defence sectors through the Combined Defence Service tests.\u00a0 Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts the Combined Defence Services (CDS) tests twice a year. On most occasions, the recruitment notification will be out for the February, and November months.
