To use Access, you must\u00a0follow these four steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Database Creation <\/b><\/strong>&#8211; Generate your MS Access database and specify what kind of data you will be storing.<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Data Input<\/b><\/strong>&#8211; After you create a database, the data of each business day can be entered into the Access database.<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Query<\/b><\/strong>&#8211; It is\u00a0the process of retrieving information from the database.<\/li>\n<li><b><\/b><strong><b>Report<\/b><\/strong>(optional) &#8211; Information from the database can be organized and printed in an Access Report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Architecture\"><\/span><strong><b>Architecture <\/b><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Access calls everything that can have a name an object.
