A total of 269 vacancies\u00a0was\u00a0announced\u00a0in the notification. Out of the total vacancies, ten\u00a0per cent seats out of CDSE are reserved for Permanent Commission or PC for men candidates\u00a0and ten\u00a0per cent of seats out of AFCAT vacancies\u00a0are \u00a0for Short Service Commission (SSC) \u00a0for both men and women are reserved for the NCC Special Entry Flying branch. Successful aspirants are placed at pay level 10.<\/li>\n<li>The Military Service Pay or MSP provided to aspirants is INR 15,500.<\/li>\n<li>Flight Cadets are offered a fixed stipend of Rs 56,100 per month during one year of training.
