Phase 2 of the examination is also called\u00a0as Mains. Phase 3 of the examination concentrates\u00a0on the test of computer skills and the ability of the aspirant. The Employee State Insurance Corporation is the authorization committed\u00a0with the scheduling\u00a0of examinations under these three phases for the post of Upper Divisional Clerk.<\/p>\n<p>About three-fourth \u00a0of the selection\u00a0is done\u00a0through examinations in three phases as aforesaid. 10% less of remaining one fourth of the recruitment is done on the basis of fitness along with seniority. The last 10%\u00a0of the employment\u00a0is done through the conducting of competitive exams at the departmental level on a limited basis.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><b>Phase I-Preliminary Examination Pattern<\/b><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The ESIC UDC Exam\u00a0is held for one hour.
