Padma awards are granted under three categories Padma Vibhushan, Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri. They are announced on the occasion of Republic day every year.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, the President has approved bestowal\u00a0of 128 Padma Awards including 2 duo case (in which\u00a0case, the Award is counted as one) as per given list below.
