The recruitment will be for the post of<strong> Director<\/strong> and <strong>Joint Director<\/strong>. Applications must be submitted online through the official website of FSSAI &#8211; http:\/\/www.fssai.gov.in\/. From among these two posts, one will be for technical and the other for legal. The candidates will initially be recruited for three years. PG Diploma of at least one year duration in any of the following from a government\u00a0 recognized University or Institute :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Food Safety<\/li>\n<li>Food Science<\/li>\n<li>Food Processing<\/li>\n<li>Quality Assurance in Food sector<\/li>\n<li>Dietetic and Public Health<\/li>\n<li>Nutrition<\/li>\n<li>Dairy Science<\/li>\n<li>Bakery Science<\/li>\n<li>Post Harvest Technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. BE or B. Tech in any one of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Food Technology<\/li>\n<li>Dairy Technology<\/li>\n<li>Biotechnology<\/li>\n<li>Oil Technology<\/li>\n<li>Food Process Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Food Processing Technology<\/li>\n<li>Fruit &amp; Vegetable Technology<\/li>\n<li>Food Safety &amp; Quality Assurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. Bachelor\u2019s degree ( of not less than four years duration) in Medicine or Veterinary sciences or Fisheries or<br \/>\nAnimal Sciences<\/p>\n<p>The candidates applying for the<strong> Joint Director<\/strong> post should have any one of the following qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>1. Full time Degree of Law from a recognized University or institution with twelve years experience of handling legal matters or working experience as Law Officer in a reputed Government or Autonomous body or Research Institutions or Universities or Public Sector Undertakings or Law firms.<\/p>\n<p>2.
