A pre-confirmation training of 9 months will be there and the candidates are supposed to pass the training. The pre-confirmation period includes 9 months of hardcore training. The training usually involves 6 months of practical training combined with 3 months of theoretical training. The probation period will be extended until the candidates clear the exam. The pre-confirmation period is the most essential criterion that the officers should crack. The selected candidates have to go through a probation period of two years and the candidates should acquire the skills in the work.
