Aspirants who still have not applied may apply with no more delay through the official website of UGC NET &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/ugcnet.nta.nic.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-type=\"tilCustomLink\">ugcnet.nta.nic.in<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Aspirants will be given the time to edit their applications from tomorrow i.e. May 31, 2022 to June 1, 2022 until 9 pm. This is to note that earlier the last date to apply for UGC NET Exam 2022 was May 20, 2022 which was later extended until today, May 30, 2022.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"UGC_NET_2022_Registration-Overview\"><\/span><strong>UGC NET 2022 Registration-Overview<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>National Testing Agency will end the online registration process for UGC NET June 2022 &amp; Dec 2021 Merged Cycle today, ile, 30<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0May 2022 at its official website. June 2022 (merged cycles)&#8217;<\/strong><\/a><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 3: Fill in the Registration Form<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Carefully fill in the Registration Page of the online application form by\u00a020<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0May 2022<strong>.\u00a0<\/strong>Fill in the basic information and note down the system generated Application Number:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Candidate\u2019s Name\/ Mother\u2019s Name\/ Father\u2019s Name:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Provide Aspirant\u2019s Name, Father\u2019s Name, and Mother\u2019s Name, \u00a0as given in the Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board \/ University Certificate in capital letters.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Date of Birth: dd\/mm\/yyyy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Provide aspirant&#8217;s date of birth as recorded in Secondary School Examination or\u00a0 University certificate \/equivalent Board.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Mobile Number and e-mail Address:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Give your\u00a0 Mobile Number and E-mail ID.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 4: Fill out the Application Form<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Fill out the Application Form after going through the eligibility criteria for the Vacancy. While filling out the Application Form below are some points to remember:<\/p>\n<p>a)\u00a0<strong>Other Backward Classes (OBC) &#8211;<\/strong>Non Creamy Layer as per the central list of Other Backward Classes available on National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC), Government of India website (www.ncbc.nic.in). The aspirants falling in this list may mention Other Backward Class\u00a0in the Category Column. State list OBC applicants who are not in OBC-NCL must choose General.<\/p>\n<p>b)\u00a0<strong>Provide your complete postal address with PIN Code<\/strong>(Mailing Address as well as Permanent Address) for further correspondence. PIN code should be given in the space provided for this purpose.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note: The National Testing Agency shall not be responsible for any delay\/loss in postal transit or for an incorrect Correspondence address given by the Aspirant in the Application Form.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>c)\u00a0<strong>Choice of Cities for Examination Centres<\/strong>: The candidate should select any four cities of their choice for examination of UGC NET June 2021.<\/p>\n<p>d)\u00a0<strong>NET Subject<\/strong>: The candidate should select the NET subject to appear from the list of NET Subjects.<\/p>\n<p>e)\u00a0<strong>Subject at Post Graduation level<\/strong>: The candidate should select the Subject at Post Graduation level.<\/p>\n<p>f)\u00a0<strong>Post Graduation Course<\/strong>: The candidate should select the Post Graduation Course.<\/p>\n<p>g) Under no circumstances the choice of cities for Centre and National Eligibility Test subject filled in the application form shall be changed by the National Testing Agency.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 5: Generation of <\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 1.25em\">Login Id and <\/strong><strong>Password\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Register for Online Application Formand note down system generated Application Number. The candidate should supply all the details while filling the Online Application Form and is also required to create PASSWORD and choose Security Question and enter his\/her Answer.\u00a0 An Application number will be generated after successful submission of the personal details, and it will be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form and will also be required for all future correspondence. For subsequent logins, candidate will be able to login directly with the respective system generated Application Number and created Password.<\/p>\n<p>The Password must be satisfied with the Password policy.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Password must be 8 to 13 characters long.<\/li>\n<li>Password must have at least one Upper case alphabet.<\/li>\n<li>Password must have at least one Lower case alphabet.<\/li>\n<li>Password must have a minimum of one numeric value.<\/li>\n<li>Password must have at least one special characters e.g.,!@#$%^&amp;*-<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aspirants are requested to note down their login id and password for future use.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 6: Upload Scanned Images of Signature and <\/strong><strong>Photograph<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The next step is uploading of scanned images. Photograph should not be with cap or goggles. The aspirant should scan their passport size photograph for uploading. File size must be between 10 kb to 200 kb. Aspirants need to take 6 to 8 passport size colored photographs with white background.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Signature<\/strong>: The aspirants are required to upload the signature in the appropriate box given in the Online Application Form. Writing full name in the Box in Capital letters would not be accepted as a signature and the Application Form would be rejected. The aspirant should put his full signature on white paper with Black Ink pen and scan for uploading. File size must be between 4 kb to 30 kb.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note: Aspirants must ensure that the uploaded images are clear and proper. Upload the correct Photograph and Signature as the facility for correction will not be given.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4><strong>STEP 7: Payment of Application Fee<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>After the successful upload of your signature and photograph, the website will take you to the payment gateway for the payment of Application fees. The aspirant\u00a0will be able to print the Confirmation Page, after successful payment. In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of the fee then the transaction is canceled and the aspirants have to approach the concerned bank for a refund of the amount. However, the aspirants have to make another payment\/transaction, in case the Confirmation Page is not generated.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Step 8: Download the Confirmation Page<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>A confirmation page will be generated, after the successful payment of the application fee. Aspirants need to take at least four printouts of the Confirmation Page and proof of fee paid for future reference. Thereafter, UGC NET June 2022 application process will be complete. The Application Number printed on the computer-generated Confirmation Page must be mentioned in all such correspondences.
