The leadership training was designed, therefore, with different workshops, mentorship, and real-life practices that would enhance and improve on various critical skills that include communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills. There is a good number of participant feed-back that they were highly motivated, and consequently, the impact on the overall team dynamics was improved as well as productivity.<\/p>\n<h3>10.
