Mrs. Doe is currently on Lisinopril 10 mg daily for her hypertension and Metformin 500 mg twice daily for her diabetes management.<\/p>\n<p>At her recent visit on January 15, 2025, Mrs. Doe complained of cough and dizziness which she attributes to her current medications.
