Below are the detailed eligibility conditions:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"btn btn-default\" href=\"https:\/\/entri.app\/exam\/kerala-psc-hsa-exam-preparation\/?utm_source=articles&amp;utm_medium=blog_referral&amp;utm_campaign=kerala-psc-hsa-apply-online\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ATTEMPT regular hsa hindi mock exam!<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Method of Appointment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct Recruitment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Age Limit<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must be <strong>between 18 to 40 years<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Only those born between <strong>02.01.1984 and 01.01.2006<\/strong> (both dates included) are eligible to apply.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Age Relaxation:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>SC\/ST Candidates &amp; Other Backward Communities (OBCs) are eligible for usual age relaxation as per government norms.<\/li>\n<li>The maximum age limit shall not exceed 50 years, even after applying relaxation benefits.<\/li>\n<li>For specific concessions in the upper age limit, refer to Para (2) of the General Conditions under Part II of the Notification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Educational Qualification<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Candidates must possess <strong>one<\/strong> of the following <strong>academic qualifications<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Academic Qualification<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>A Degree in Hindi conferred or recognized by any University in Kerala.<\/li>\n<li>A title of Oriental Learning in Hindi awarded or recognized by any University in Kerala (if the title is declared equivalent to Part III of a Degree).<\/li>\n<li>Praveen from Dakshina Bharatha Hindi Prachara Sabha, Madras, along with a pass in SSLC or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Sahithyacharya from Kerala Hindi Prachara Sabha, with a pass in SSLC or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Training Qualif<strong>ication<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Candidates must also possess one of the following training qualifications:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>B.Ed \/ B.T \/ L.T. in Hindi conferred or recognized by Universities in Kerala.<\/li>\n<li>Diploma or Certificate of Language Teachers Training in Hindi issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala.<\/li>\n<li>Diploma in Hindi Teachers Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala.<\/li>\n<li>A pass in any of the following examinations conducted by Kendriya Hindi Sikshan Mandal, Agra:\n<ul>\n<li>Hindi Sikshan Praveen<\/li>\n<li>Hindi Sikshan Parangath<\/li>\n<li>Hindi Sikshan Nishnat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Acharya Title of Kerala Hindi Prachara Sabha OR Siksha Snathak Title of Dakshina Bharatha Hindi Prachara Sabha.<\/li>\n<li>B.Ed. from Dakshina Bharatha Hindi Prachara Sabha (considered as an alternative training qualification, as per G.O(P) No.331\/90\/P&amp;ARD dated 2.11.1990).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Note:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Degrees\/Diplomas from UGC-approved Universities or Institutions established through State or Central Legislative Acts are acceptable.<\/li>\n<li>Postgraduates in Hindi can apply, provided they have B.Ed\/B.T\/L.T in Hindi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Ed. must be in Hindi for eligibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) Requirement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) Category III conducted by the Government of Kerala.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Exemption from K-TET:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Candidates are exempted from acquiring K-TET if they possess any of the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>CTET \/ NET \/ SET \/ M.Phil \/ Ph.D. in Hindi<\/li>\n<li>M.Ed. in any subject<\/li>\n<li>CTET (Primary &amp; Elementary Stage) is NOT considered an alternative qualification for K-TET Category III as per G.O(P) No.6\/2024\/G.Edn dated 01.02.2024.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Special Concessions in Appointment &amp; Age Limit<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>(i) Preference for Wives of Jawans<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Wives of Jawans (active service soldiers &amp; Base Establishment employees) will get preference in recruitment as per:\n<ul>\n<li>G.O.(MS) No. 50\/70\/PD dated 12.02.1970<\/li>\n<li>G.O.
