If a paragraph starts with &#8220;the company&#8221; &amp; then suddenly switches to &#8220;they&#8221; &amp; then &#8220;the organisation&#8221;, the reader has to work really hard to keep track of what&#8217;s going on.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Conciseness: Removing Unnecessary Words- It&#8217;s All About Using Only What You Need<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Conciseness means keeping only the words that matter. Every extra word just dilutes the message. Get any of these wrong and you damage your credibility. The second just goes with the one way of spelling.<\/p>\n<p>Consistency also means keeping your tone the same.
