The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS<\/a>) conducted IBPS SO Prelims Exam. We are here with detailed IBPS SO 2018 Prelims Exam Analysis of 29th<\/sup> December to give you all the idea of what type of questions and of what difficulty level was asked. Exam analysis will help the aspirants to prepare the strategy for the upcoming exam. The IBPS SO Prelims exam 2018 is going to check knowledge of aspirants in three sections. Only 50 questions will be asked under each section.

\nBefore going for IBPS SO Exam Analysis. Let\u2019s go through the overview of IBPS SO Exam. So that you can understand the section wise weightage of IBPS SO Exam:

\nThere was negative marking too. For every wrong answer, 1\/4th of the marks or 0.25 marks will be deducted. So it\u2019s better to leave the question if you are not sure about its answer.
\nIt is always advisable to leave trap questions for the second round and should not waste your time.<\/p>\n

DI: <\/u><\/strong>There were 3-4 sets of DI(Tabular, Line, Pie Chart, Case-lets). Number series was again a trap deliberately put to waste time. People good with number crunching did well in quadratic equations which were of moderate level.<\/p>\n[ninja_tables id=”4090″]\n

English Language<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The level of English Language was Moderate-Difficult. People with good reading skills would not feel this paper as a difficult one.<\/p>\n[ninja_tables id=”4088″]\n

Reasoning Ability<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Puzzle & Sitting arrangement: <\/strong>There were four Sets of puzzle & Sitting Arrangement (Circular & Linear) and puzzle on the arrangement of books of different colours.<\/p>\n[ninja_tables id=”4086″]\n
