Candidates claiming PwBD reservation must submit a valid disability certificate in the prescribed format. The certificate may also be subject to verification or re-verification during the recruitment process.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">For the post of <strong>Office Assistant (Multipurpose)<\/strong>, the following categories of benchmark disabilities are identified as suitable:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong>Locomotor Disability (OC\/LD):<\/strong> One Arm, Both Arms, One Leg, Both Legs, Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy Cured Person, Dwarfism, Acid Attack Victims, Muscular Dystrophy, and Spinal Deformity\/Spinal Injury without associated neurological or limb dysfunction.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Visual Impairment (VI):<\/strong> Blindness and Low Vision.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hearing Impairment (HI):<\/strong> Deaf and Hard of Hearing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Intellectual Disability and Other Disabilities:<\/strong> Autism Spectrum Disorder (Mild), Specific Learning Disability (SLD), Mental Illness (MI), Intellectual Disability and Multiple Disabilities, including the disabilities mentioned above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> PwBD candidates may be required to undergo authentication of their UDID card or disability certificate. The allotted RRB may also require further medical assessment to verify the disability certificate and assess suitability for the functional requirements of the post.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-section-id=\"15y54fm\" data-start=\"3941\" data-end=\"3992\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"3945\" data-end=\"3992\">Guidelines for Visually Impaired Candidates<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3994\" data-end=\"4393\">Visually impaired candidates with <strong data-start=\"4028\" data-end=\"4060\">not less than 40% disability<\/strong> may choose to view the test content in <strong data-start=\"4100\" data-end=\"4118\">magnified font<\/strong>. Such candidates are eligible for <strong data-start=\"4153\" data-end=\"4222\">20 minutes of compensatory time for every hour of the examination<\/strong>, or as otherwise advised. However, the magnified-font facility will not be available to candidates who use the services of a scribe.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"picn92\" data-start=\"4395\" data-end=\"4473\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4399\" data-end=\"4473\">Guidelines for Candidates with Locomotor Disability and Cerebral Palsy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4475\" data-end=\"4801\">Candidates with locomotor disability or cerebral palsy whose dominant writing extremity is affected to the extent of slowing their performance, with a <strong data-start=\"4626\" data-end=\"4655\">minimum of 40% impairment<\/strong>, are eligible for <strong data-start=\"4674\" data-end=\"4737\">20 minutes of compensatory time per hour of the examination<\/strong>, or as otherwise advised.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"rvsx1a\" data-start=\"4803\" data-end=\"4865\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"4807\" data-end=\"4865\">Guidelines for Candidates with Intellectual Disability<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4867\" data-end=\"5195\">Candidates with <strong data-start=\"4883\" data-end=\"4924\">more than 40% intellectual disability<\/strong>, including eligible cases of autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability and mental illness, are eligible for <strong data-start=\"5053\" data-end=\"5122\">20 minutes of compensatory time for every hour of the examination<\/strong>, whether or not they use a scribe.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"IBPS_RRB_Office_Assistant_Apply_Online_2026\"><\/span><strong>IBPS RRB Office Assistant Apply Online 2026<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Aspirants can apply for the IBPS RRB office assistant exam only through the online mode. They can fill the application form by logging on to the official website of the IBPS. Aspirants wishing to apply for office assistant posts can also apply for officer posts for different scales if interested, provided that they only apply to any one of the scales. \u00a0They should keep the scanned images (signature and photograph) handy before beginning to fill the form. The candidate must note down the Provisional registration number and password.
