Giving a wrong answer cost you a penalty of 0.5 marks.\u00a0For visually handicapped, the exam duration is 100 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 4\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>SSC CHSL Tier 2 Syllabus<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This is a descriptive exam in English\/Hindi to test the writing skills of the candidates.\u00a0Care must be taken to choose the correct language while applying. Paper comprises of writing an essay of 200-250 words and Letter \/Application writing in 150-200 words. The minimum mark in qualifying for Tier 2 is 33 percent. You need to read more about this and also must be well aware of writing a letter\/Application.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The questions are based on 10th level.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The exam is qualifying in nature.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A part paper written in Hindi and part paper in English will not be considered for valuation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 5\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>SSC CHSL Tier 3 Syllabus<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 5\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It comprises of a couple of skill tests which are required for certain government posts.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 5\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Skill Test for Data Entry Operator (DEO)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Data Entry Speed of 8000 Key Depressions per Hour on Computer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The duration of the test will be 15 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Typing Test for Postal Assistant \/Sorting Assistant LDCCs and Court Clerks:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Typing Test will be conducted in English\/ Hindi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Typing test will be qualifying in nature.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Candidates opting for Hindi medium should have a typing speed of 30 words per minute and\u00a035 words per minute for English medium.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The speed will be adjudged by the accuracy of typing on a computer of a given text passage in 10\u00a0minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Visually handicapped candidates will be allowed 30 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Admit card<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Candidates are requested to download the admit card from the official website of SSC.
