Across India, SBI will hire <strong data-start=\"500\" data-end=\"534\">2600 candidates for 16 circles<\/strong>. The selected CBO officers will be in <strong data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"600\">probation for 06 months<\/strong> and once they complete this, they will get appointed in <strong data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"694\">Junior Management Scale positions<\/strong>. The candidates who qualify in the SBI assessment as per standards determined by the Bank from time to time will be confirmed in the service of the Bank in the Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I). If any of the candidates fail to achieve minimum standards stipulated, his\/ her services may be terminated as per the policy of the Bank in force at the material time. The selected officers will be in the general cadre and will be governed by the promotion policy applicable for Bank\u2019s general cadre officers. The selected candidates will not be entitled to inner-circle transfer up to his\/ her promotion to SMGS-IV Grade OR 12 years of service, whichever is later.<\/p>\n<p>The attractive promotion policy of the State Bank of India (SBI) provides an opportunity for the meritorious candidates to reach the Top Management Grade in a short span.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #212121; font-size: 1.563em;\">Difference between SBI PO and SBI CBO?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For SBI Probationary Officers (PO) experience is not required, while SBO CBO recruitment demands two years of experience in any commercial or scheduled banks.
