Quantitative Aptitude Preparation Strategy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Quantitative aptitude tests the candidate\u2019s ability to carry out numerical with accuracy and speed. In order to do that, one must practice regularly. Here is some of the points to remember regarding this section of the exam.<\/p>\n

    b) Time and distance<\/h4>\n

    Questions on time and distance requires the candidate to find the time taken by an object to cover a distance while moving at a particular speed. Third type of problem will be to find the speed of the object while covering a distance by taking a known amount of time. Keep in mind the formula, Speed = Distance\/Time.<\/p>\n

    The questions on ratio and proportion could be problems on age, partnership or mixture and alligation. The problems on age are those in which the age of two people (mostly between father and son) will have to determined depending upon the given ratio or other details. Partnership problems are those in which the share of a particular partner needs to be figured out or the ratio of the shares between the partners.
