Kerala Administrative Service (KAS) 2025<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The recruitment to the Kerala Administrative Service (KAS) 2025 will be conducted through three different streams as mentioned below:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Stream-wise Categories and Methods of Appointment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Stream 1 (Category No: 01\/2025)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Method of Appointment:<\/strong> Direct Recruitment<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Stream 2 (Category No: 02\/2025)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Method of Appointment:<\/strong> Direct Recruitment from among full members or approved probationers in any Government Department. The applicant must not be holding a 1st Gazetted post or above in the departments listed under Schedule 1 of the KAS Special Rules, 2018. (Refer to Annexure I for details.)<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Stream 3 (Category No: 03\/2025)<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Method of Appointment:<\/strong> Direct Recruitment from among candidates holding a 1st Gazetted post or above in departments listed under Schedule 1 of the KAS Special Rules, 2018, and equivalent posts in Common Categories mentioned in Schedule 1. (Refer to Annexure I &amp; II for details.)<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Important Notes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"true\">\n<li><strong>Ranked List Validity:<\/strong> The Ranked Lists published by the Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) in response to this notification shall remain in force for one year. Separate Ranked Lists will be prepared for each of the three streams.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multiple Applications:<\/strong> Candidates eligible for more than one stream must submit separate applications for each category they wish to apply for.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reservation for Differently Abled Candidates:<\/strong> As per G.O.(P) No. 11\/2019\/SJD dated 25.10.2019, 4% of the vacancies are reserved for Differently Abled candidates. Such candidates must possess the required Functional Classification and Physical Requirements as stipulated in the Government Order.
