It shifts BI from a bottlenecked, request-based process to a distributed, on-demand one.<\/p>\n<h2>The Problem Self-Service BI Solves<\/h2>\n<p>Self-service BI matters because traditional, IT-only reporting processes often create long request queues, delaying decisions.
