Both are covered next.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Selection of Colour in Embroidery<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Colour is one of the main elements of hand embroidery, and it strongly influences the overall appearance of the finished fabric. Colours create specific emotional responses in the people who see them, which means a well-chosen palette makes a garment noticeably more attractive.<\/p>\n<p>The relationship between the fabric&#8217;s own colour and the embroidery colour matters as much as the embroidery colour on its own \u2014 harmony between the two is what elevates the beauty of the garment as a whole. As attractiveness increases, so does the garment&#8217;s perceived (and often actual) commercial value.<\/p>\n<p>Embroidery can be worked in a single colour or in multiple colours, depending on the design intent.
