You can reset the password from their site itself. Go to the page https://thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in/thulasi/ Click on forgot password link Fill up the data- user id, date of birth, id proof number etc, then your password resets and new password will be 'first six characters of your username followed by your date of birth without any space or hyphen.'
