Angiotensinogen is an inactive hormone secreted by liver which is activated by renin (secreted by JGA). The function of Angiotensinogen is to increase blood pressure so as to increase GFP.

Angiotensinogen 2 is a vasoconstrictor, increases glomerular blood pressure and thereby increase GFR.☺
