Solution:

Swarnajayanti Gram Swarojgar Yojana (SGSY) is a Vikas initiative launched by the Government of India to provide sustainable income to poorest of the poor people living in rural & urban areas of the country. The scheme was launched on April 1, 1999.

By subsuming 6 previous programmes -IRDP(Integrated rural development program in 1980), TRYSEM, DWCRA (development of women in the rural area in 1982) and one million wells Yojna, Ganga Kalyan yojna and Supply of improved toolkits to artisans this scheme was launched.
