Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time by contacting our Grievance Redressal Officer or by using such account or privacy settings as may be made available within the Entri App. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal. Please note that withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to access or use certain features or services.
Retention of Personal Data: We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required under applicable law, or as reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, enforcement of legal rights, dispute resolution, internal compliance, audit, and record-keeping purposes. Once personal data is no longer required for such purposes, we will delete, erase, anonymise, or otherwise securely dispose of it in accordance with applicable law and our internal retention practices.

When you enroll in specific programs (such as Elevate courses) or expressly opt-in for placement assistance, we may ask you to provide professional information, including your resume, LinkedIn profile URL, educational qualifications, and employment history. Providing this information is optional for general learning purposes but is mandatory if you wish to avail of placement or career facilitation services.
When you sign up for or access our mobile app, we may collect and process limited device or phone related information, including phone state information, where necessary solely for authentication, fraud prevention, account security, or similar security-related purposes. Such information is used only to the extent necessary for such limited purposes and is not retained for longer than required to complete or support the relevant verification or security process, unless otherwise required for security, audit, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

- For such other purposes as may be disclosed to you at the time of collection or otherwise permitted under applicable law.
Recordings of Live Sessions and Learner Interactions
For certain courses, batches, or paid programs, we may record live academic sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, mentoring sessions, or similar learner interactions for purposes including quality monitoring, academic administration, training of faculty or internal teams, dispute resolution, learner support, audit, compliance, and improvement of learning outcomes. Such recordings may include audio, video, chat interactions, screen-shares, attendance information, and other participation-related data. Where applicable, the detailed terms relating to such recordings shall be further set out in the relevant Unified Learner Agreement, course-specific terms, or batch-specific notices.
Sharing Your Information with Third Parties
To operate our platform effectively and provide our services, we may share your personal data with trusted third parties only to the extent reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and subject to applicable law.
Service Providers and Data Processors: We may engage third-party vendors, service providers, and data processors for functions such as hosting, cloud storage, analytics, customer support, communication delivery, telephony, payment processing, identity verification, CRM management, and technology infrastructure. Such parties are authorised to process personal data only on our behalf, for specified purposes, and subject to appropriate contractual and security obligations.

Financial Institutions, Payment Partners, and Financing Partners: Upon your registration or login on the platform or where you initiate a payment, subscribe to a paid service, request or express interest in EMI, financing, lending, or other payment facilitation options, or where a transaction requires processing through a regulated payment or financing partner, we may share relevant personal data with payment gateways, financial institutions, NBFCs, lending partners, and related service providers. This data is shared to the extent necessary for financial profiling, lead quality assessment, payment processing, transaction authentication, underwriting support, financing facilitation, fraud prevention, or compliance. Entri does not collect, store, or process your complete card number, CVV, or UPI PIN. Processing carried out by such financial or payment partners shall also be governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
Placement and Recruitment Partners: For learners enrolled in courses, programs, or services that include placement assistance, career support, employer introductions, or recruitment facilitation, or as part of our integrated Entri Jobs career facilitation feature, we may share relevant profile information such as your resume, educational details, professional profile, certifications, interview-related information, and course performance data with prospective employers, recruiters, or hiring partners, where such sharing is part of the applicable offering and is based on your enrolment, request, or consent, as applicable.
Legal, Regulatory, and Business Protection Disclosures: We may disclose personal data where required to do so by law, regulation, court order, governmental request, or legal process, or where such disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, property, systems, users, or business, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or to enforce our agreements.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in jurisdictions outside India for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law, reasonable safeguards, and any restrictions or prohibitions that may be notified by the Government of India or any competent authority from time to time.
Log Files
Entri follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites or use online services. All hosting companies do this and it forms part of hosting and analytics services. The information collected by log files may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, clickstream details, device information and similar technical information. This information is used for analyzing trends, administering the website, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic and statistical information.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical, organizational, administrative, and contractual security measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, misuse, or accidental loss. We do not knowingly process personal data of children in a manner prohibited by law. We do not knowingly undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children where prohibited by applicable law.
