Solution:

• Prime Minister should have completed his 30 years if he is a member of the Rajya Sabha or can be 25 years of age if he is a member of the Lok Sabha.
• Oath or Affirmation of the Prime Minister : Before entering his office, the Prime minister has to make and subscribe to an oath or affirmation.
• Selection Process of Prime Minister : The Constitution states that the President of India should appoint the leader of the party or alliance which is in majority in the Lok Sabha as the Prime Minister of India.
