Solution:
Elections of the grampanchayat are conducted by state election Commissioner through District Collector and Tahasildar. The villagers having age more than 21 years is eligible for contesting the election if he fulfills the other requirements.
If you are a candidate for the seat of Member or Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat, you must be a registered voter in the electoral roll of that Gram Panchayat. You must not be less than 21 years of age.
