Padmanabhan Palpu LMS, DPH (Cantab) FRIPH (London) was a bacteriologist and social revolutionary. Ritty Lukose describes him as the “political father” of the Ezhavas, who are numerically the largest caste in the region now encompassed by the state of Kerala.
