President Ram Nath Kovind signed the warrants for appointment of Justices V Ramasubramanian, Krishna Murari, S Ravindra Bhat and Hrishikesh Roy as judges of the Supreme Court, which will attain its full strength of 34 judges.
Justice N. V. Ramana is the 48th Chief Justice of India. He was sworn in on 24 April 2021.
