Business Accounting and Taxation
Business Accounting
The process of obtaining and evaluating financial data on company operations, documenting transactions, and creating financial statements is known as business accounting.
There are several reasons why business accounting is crucial. You can attract investors, prevent asset theft, and identify strategies to expand and advance your business by keeping track of all of your assets, obligations, inventories, and other documentation. Bookkeeping, tax return preparation and filing, and financial report creation are the main responsibilities of small business accounting.
Direct Taxation
"Direct tax" refers to the sum that a person or organization must pay to the government. These payments are known as direct taxes as the government gets them straight from people and businesses. Limited liability partnerships, corporations, and individuals are the taxpayers for these kinds of payments. The government collects these taxes directly; they cannot be shifted to another entity.
Indirect Taxation
The tax charged on the use of products and services is known as an indirect tax. It is not imposed directly on an individual's income. Rather, in addition to the cost of the products or services the seller purchased, he or she must also pay the tax. Therefore, there are two different people: the one who pays the tax to the government and the one who is responsible for paying the tax.
