A person may be looking for the job change for the better opportunity, services, higher salary and wages etc. It is also that there may be the conflict between employer and employees over the inadequate facilities and under satisfaction leading to voluntary quit the job. During the period they remain the part of the organization but do not take part in the production. Strikes by trade union or worker is also an example.
