Kerala PSC 12th Level Recruitment 2023-24: Overview

The Kerala Public Service Commission is a body that conducts 12th-level exams to recruit candidates for various state government positions. The selection process for Kerala PSC 12th level exam consists of a written test, physical test (if required), interview, and document verification.

The written exam is divided into two stages: prelims and mains. The preliminary exam is an objective type test that examines the candidate's proficiency in the English language, general knowledge, and other relevant subjects. The main exam, on the other hand, is a descriptive type that evaluates the candidate's knowledge in their chosen field.

To proceed to the mains, a candidate has to obtain the minimum qualifying marks in the prelims. Those who pass the written test will be called for further rounds. The physical test is only applicable for certain posts and is conducted to test the physical fitness of the candidates. The interview stage is conducted to test the candidate's personality, communication skills, and knowledge of the subject.

Candidates who successfully clear all the rounds of the exam are then selected for various government department positions. The selected candidates are appointed as per their rank in the merit list and the availability of posts. The Kerala PSC announces the exam results on its official website, and the successful candidates are notified via mail or SMS.
