KVS PGT Requirements
- Master’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in the aggregate in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. degree or equivalent teacher qualification.
- Age Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for Women candidates across all categories.
KVS TGT Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject(s) and in aggregate.
- B.Ed. degree or equivalent.
- CTET Paper-II Qualified (conducted by CBSE).
- Subject Combination Rules:
- TGT English/Hindi/Sanskrit: Studied as a main subject in all 3 years of graduation.
- TGT Maths: Bachelor's degree in Maths along with any two subjects out of Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, or Statistics.
- TGT Science: Studied Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry during graduation.
- TGT Social Studies: Any two of History, Geography, Economics, or Political Science (with History or Geography being compulsory).
