RRB Technician Exam Pattern 2024

In contrast to the exam pattern for Assistant Loco Pilot, the RRB Technician Exam will be conducted in three distinct stages:

First Stage of Computer-Based Test (CBT)
Second Stage of Computer-Based Test (CBT)

The RRB Technician Exam Pattern 2024 comprises two online stages, both in an objective-type format. The first stage, CBT 1, consists of four sections to be completed within 60 minutes. CBT 2 is divided into two parts namely Part A and B. Part A includes four sections with a total of 100 questions to be completed in 90 minutes, while Part B contains 75 trade-related questions to be completed in 60 minutes.

In the first stage of the CBT for Technician roles, there are 75 questions comprising the following categories: mathematics, general intelligence & reasoning, general science, and general awareness on current affairs.
