  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution (1 year required for Specialist Officer streams).

Officer Scale III (Senior Manager):

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Marks Barrier: Minimum 50% aggregate marks in graduation.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
