IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Coaching

The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has released a notification on 500 available positions for Junior Assistant Manager Grade "O" positions.

Follow the below procedures to apply

• Visit the official website of IDBI @idbibank.in on your browser or directly apply from the above link
• On the homepage, search for Careers >> Current Openings
• Open the notification reading- “Recruitment of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Through PGDBF – 2024-25)”
• Select "Apply Online" and a new page will open on your screen.
• Register your profile & Enter all your personal, and educational details in the application form correctly in the desired sections.
• Candidates can proceed to upload a Photo, Signature, Thumb impression, Hand-written declaration, and Scribe declaration (if opted for scribe)
• Pay the application fee to finally submit the application form.
• Click on “Submit” and you are successfully enrolled for IDBI Assistant Manager Training download it for future reference.

The IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2024 Application Fee is listed in the table below. Online banking, UPI, credit cards, debit cards (RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro), and internet banking will all be accepted for payment of the online charge.

The selection process for IDBI Junior Assistant Manager post consist of Online Test(OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)

Online test/ Written Exam 

The initiative stage of the selection process consists of Objective type questions covering various topics such as Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General Awareness.

Document Verification

Here, the authority will verify the documents related to education, age limit, experience, and any other information about the candidates. The documents typically required for verification may include;

Personal Interview 

Candidates who clear the written test will usually be called for an interview. Here, the recruitment team accesses the eligibility of candidates based on their performance and communication abilities. 

Pre Recruitment Medical Test

The examination involves a comprehensive medical assessment carried out by certified medical practitioners to ensure that the applicants are physically capable of fulfilling the responsibilities associated with the position. This may entail evaluating candidates' health, including their vision, physical fitness, and overall health status.

Final Selection

The final selection is based on the combined performance of candidates in the OMR test, document verification, medical test and personal interview. A merit list is prepared and candidates are selected based on their score level in the merit list, subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria.

The exam pattern for the IDBI Junior Assistant Manager consists of the following stages;

Written/Online Exam 

The initial stage of the selection process. The online test consists of multiple choice questions (MAQs) covering various topics for 200 marks. The test will be divided into four sections, which are Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General Awareness. The duration of the online test will be 2 hours. Each incorrect answer will result in a penalty of 0.25 marks in the form of a negative marking.

Interview

Candidates who qualify the online test will be shortlisted for personal interview. The interview assesses the candidates suitability for the role based on their communication skills, personality and knowledge.
