GPSTR Result 2022 Out: Check Now

Graduate Primary School Teachers Recruitment (GPSTR) 2022 exam was released by Department of Primary and Secondary Education, Karnataka on 17th August, 2022. The result has been published on the official portal and candidates who have appeared for the exam can check their results by logging in to the website – www.schooleducation.kar.nic.in and sts.karnataka.gov.in. The individual marks obtained by the candidates in Paper 1 and Pare 2 (OMR and Descriptive Answer Sheets) and Paper 3 (Descriptive Answer Sheets) have been published.

The Department of Primary and Secondary Education, Karnataka had conducted the Graduate Primary School Teachers Recruitment (GPSTR-2022) Examination to recruit 15000 candidates for the post of Graduate Primary Teacher. The exam was held on 21st and 22nd May 2022 and the results have been announced on 17th August, 2022. Candidates can check their results from the official portal by logging in using their credentials like application number and date of birth.

A total of 61 candidates have been withheld and two candidates have been rejected due to violation of examination rules and other reasons. The list of all 63 candidates is also published in the website.

GPSTR Correction Window

Apart from Candidate’s Competitive Exam (CET) marks and reservation details, personal details such as candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, degree, B. ED/DLED and CTET/TET marks are also mentioned in the application. These details can be amended from 18th August, 2022 until 24th August, 2022. Only those candidates who require correction in these information should submit their request in person to the Special Officer, Central Enrollment Unit, KG Road, Bangalore along with necessary attested certificates. Applications submitted through any other mode will not be accepted. Candidates should also note that applications submitted after the deadline will also not be accepted.

Follow the steps given below to download GPSTR result 2022:

1. Visit the official website of the Education Department Karnataka – schooleducation.kar.nic.in
2. Check the Latest Announcements regarding GPSTR result in the home page.
3. Click on “Click for candidate’s individual marks”.
4. In the new page enter your application number and date of birth and Submit.
5. The result will be displayed.
6. You can download the result and take a print out for future references.

GPSTR Merit Calculation

The merit will be calculated in the format mentioned below:

• Group A : 4 Yr B.El.Ed (30%) + TET (20%) + C.C.E (50%)
• Group B : 4 Yr BA.B.Ed/BSc.B.Ed (30%) + TET (20%) + C.C.E (50%)
• Group C : 3 Year Degree (20%) + D.El.Ed (10%) + TET (20%) + C.C.E (50%)
• Group D : 3 Year Degree (20%) + B.Ed (10%) + TET (20%) + C.C.E (50%)
• Group E : 3 Year Degree (20%) + B.Ed(Spl) (10%) + TET (20%) + C.C.E (50%)
• Group F : B.E/B.TECH (20%) + D.El.Ed (10%) + TET (20%) + C.C.E (50%)
• Group G : B.E/B.TECH (20%) + B.Ed (10%) + TET (20%) + C.C.E (50%)
• Group H : B.E/B.TECH (20%) + B.Ed(Spl) (10%) + TET (20%) + C.C.E (50%)
