Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) has released the notification of Online Screening Test for PGT, TGT and PRT posts all over India. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online for PGT/TGT/PRT posts through official website @www.aps-csb.in www.aps-csb.in on from 25th August to 5th October 2022. Date of APS Exam 2022 is scheduled for 5th November and 6th. November 2022. Interview
The second stage of the AWES Army Public School selection process is the interview. Candidates who pass the Screening Test will be invited for the interview round. The schools will announce the exact number of vacancies for PGT, TGT and PRT and at the same time they will announce the advertisements for conducting the interview.
Evaluation of Teaching Skills and Computer Proficiency
This is the third round of AWES PGT, TGT and PRT selection process. Applicants will be evaluated according to their teaching abilities in each department. For language teachers, there will be written essay and written comprehension tests for 15 points, along with an assessment of teaching skills. The Computer Aptitude Test may also be conducted by the Selection Board at its discretion.

1.General Awareness
General awareness is vast topic to cover in a limited time duration. In General Awareness questions are asked from different topics and some of them are mentioned here:
Sports, History, Culture, Geography, Economic scene, General Polity including Indian Constitution, General Science, Books and Authors, Current Affairs, Scientific Research, awards-National/International, Indian Languages, Script, Indian Economy, Inventions in the World, Capital, Everyday Science, Currency, Sports-Athlete, Zoology, Famous Days & Dates, Botany, Indian Politics, Important Financial & Economic News, Physics, Indian Parliament, Basic GK, Chemistry, and others.
2. Reasoning Section:-
In the Reasoning section, questions are asked from different topics which are as follows:
Alphabet test, Blood Relations, Coding-Decoding, Direction sense test, Missing Number series, Logical Venn Diagrams, Arithmetical Number Series, Number, Ranking and Time Sequence Test, Sitting Arrangements, spatial visualization, spatial orientation, problem-solving, Decision Making, statement conclusion, syllogistic reasoning.
3. English Comprehension:-
In the English Comprehension section questions are asked from different topics which are as follows:
Unseen passage and question-based in the passage, Error Correction/ recognition, Fill in the blanks, Proficiency in the language Tests, Sentences rearrangement, Synonyms and antonyms usage, Question-Related to part of speech, Spelling Error, Tenses, Comprehension, Vocabulary, Preposition, Verb, Adverb, subject-verb agreement
4. Educational concept & Methodology:-
In the Educational concept & Methodology section questions are asked from different topics which are as follows:
Theories and Principles of Education , Educational Psychology , Current Problems of Indian Education , Knowledge of RTE , School organization and administration, General methods of teaching , Educational Technology, Education, Evaluation and Measurement , Health and Physical Education, Lesson Planning , Knowledge of NCF.
Teacher education and critical pedagogy, Technology and language teaching, Sociocultural Theory of language learning, Classroom Management, Critical perspective of the concept of knowledge or epistemology, Social mediation and cognitive negotiability, educational practice,
Individual differences among learners, Language & Thought, Gender as a social construct understanding differences based on diversity of language, Strategies-based instruction, English for Specific Purposes (ESP)/ English for Academic Purposes (EAP), Materials development and syllabus design, Integrated/Reflective language skills, Needs Analysis.

Part – B (For TGT & PGT)
The questions of this section mainly ask from the subject preference of the candidate. The level of the question asked in this section is a little bit higher than PART A. For better preparation rely on the graduation study materials and also the NCERT books should be referred.
