APPSC Group 1 Exam Pattern
The APPSC Group 1 test is used to recruit officers for the provincial civil services. The APPSC Group 1 exam consists of three stages: preliminary, main, and interview. The prelims test is a screening exam that is held offline in Andhra Pradesh. It accomplishes its goal by removing non-serious candidates from the APPSC Group 1 test. Generally, the APPSC Group 1 Prelim admit card is released seven to eight days before the exam. The prelims exam is just for qualifying purposes, and the results will not be included in the APPSC Group 1 final merit list. Candidates who pass the prelims exam must next pass the APPSC Group 1 main exam to complete the examination procedure. The Main test is administered in the traditional offline method. The results of the main exam will be included in the APPSC Group 1 merit list. Those who pass the main exam are required to attend the interview stage.
