How to Download APPSC Departmental Test Hall Ticket?

Often candidates delay downloading the hall ticket until the very last minute of the exam, This is not a very healthy habit for aspiring candidates. So, it is better to download the hall ticket beforehand. Follow the steps given below to download the admit card –

• Firstly, the candidates should visit the official website of APPSC – ap.gov.in
• The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission  website will appear on your computer screen
• On the homepage of the website, try to find the  APPSC Departmental Test Hall Ticket 2021 and click on it
• The candidates have to enter their application number and date of birth details to log in
• The admit card will appear on your computer screen
• You can now download the hall ticket
• It is advised to have a printed copy of the hall ticket for future purposes
• The candidates need to verify their given on the hall ticket, if there are any mistakes, call the concerning authorities and inform them immediately.
• The candidates should carry their Valid ID proof at the time of the examination.

APPSC Departmental Test Examination Centre

The APPSC Departmental Tests will be conducted at 13 Districts. The candidates will be admitted at the particular District Centre only, where the candidate is presently working as mentioned in the application. Below given are list of 13 examination centers.

Scheme Of Examination

• All the Tests, except Language and Survey Tests will be in Objective Type in terms of G.O.Ms.No.602, G.A. (Ser-C) Department, dated. 01.11.2011
• The Language Test papers (P.C.Nos.5, 6, 7, 19, 28, 36,49, 67,37, 58, 74) and Survey & Settlement papers (P.C.Nos.69, 87, 109, 110, 111, 112, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122, 133, 134 and 135) will be of conventional mode
• All the objective type papers will be conducted on Computer Based Departmental Tests. Instructions concerning this Computer Based Test are detailed in the Instructions Manual at Annexure – I
• The candidates attempting the Objective Type papers may use Mock Test facility available on Commission’s Website, to get an idea about Computer Based Tests
• The candidates appearing for Conventional Papers (Descriptive Exams) will be given OMR sheet attached Answer Books, which have to be answered with Blue or Black Pen only.

Eligibility for APPSC Departmental Tests

• The employees of Government of Andhra Pradesh are permitted to apply for the Tests that are mentioned in their respective Departmental Service Rules.
• The Secretariat employees are permitted to appear for the following Tests, wherever the rules permit in order to get eligibility for appointment by transfer/ promotion to other Services. A) Commercial Taxes Department: Paper Code No: 6 &7. B) Treasuries and Accounts Department: Paper Code Nos : 31, 46, 64, 79, 89, 100, 114 &129.
• The Paper Code with numbers 5, 8, 10, 18, 19, 27, 28, 36, 43, 45, 49, 62,67, 77, 98, 108, 127, 136, 137, 141, 142, 144 to 148 and 155 are open to all, whether the applicant is in Government Service or not.
• Typists-cum-Asst working in Finance and Planning (Finance Wing) are eligible to appear for the Treasuries & Accounts Service Examination.
• The candidates intending to apply for the following Tests should refer to the respective Service Rules for the eligibility.
