Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has invited applications from eligible Law graduates below 37 years ( 42 years for female candidates) to fill up the Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) posts. Commission has declared 553 vacant posts across the state. The selection process has two stages of written examination followed by the personal interview. Candidates can now apply towards BPSC APO exam 2020 through the Bihar PSC online application portal. Interested candidates should submit their application form on or before March 06, 2020, by paying the required fees.

Age Limit
- General Male Candidates: 18 years to 37 years.
- General, SC/ ST Female Candidates, BC/ OBC Male, and Female Candidates: 18 years to 42 years.
- SC/ ST Male Candidates: 18 years to 40 years.
Education Qualification
Graduation in Law (LLB) or equivalent from any UGC recognized University/ Institute.

Bihar PSC APO 2020 Exam Date
The Bihar Public Service Commission conducts the BPSC Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) 2020. BPSC recently publishes the exam calendar for the BPSC exams for the first half of the year 2020. BPSC APO 2020 exam is not scheduled in that calendar. BPSC is yet to announce a date for BPSC APO 2020 preliminary as well main exam. Candidates can expect the preliminary exam date by the end of September 2020. We will update you with the official exam date once the commission finalize the APO 2020 exam schedule.
