The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) is considered to be one of the prestigeous jobs in the State of Bihar. BPSC has released a notification of Mineral Development Officer (MDO) in the Mines and Geology of the Government of Bihar with many vacant positions. The total number of vacancies released by BPSC are 20. The registration for BPSC MDO begins from May 4th, 2020.The BPSC has issued advertisement notification for the mineral development officer on 22nd April. However, the process of online application for these posts has not been started yet. To apply, candidates must first register. Online registrations can be made from May 4 to May 18, 2020. BPSC MDO 2020 Syllabus and Exam Pattern: Exam Pattern
The BPSC MDO written exam will be conducted for 300 marks. There will be a total of 3 papers for the BPSC MDO Exam of 100 marks each.

Points to be Noted:
- There will be a choice for the candidates to answer questions between mining engineering and geology.
- The shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called to appear for the interview. The Interview will be of 50 marks.
- The final list of the candidates will be prepared on the basis of the marks secured in the written test and the interview.
