CCMT Counselling 2022 – Registration Process, Date, Fee, Eligibility

The Centralized Counseling for M.Tech./ M.Arch./ M.Plan or CCMT 2022 registration process for counselling will begin shortly on the official website of the counseling process. The CCMT counselling 2022 is a portal for the aspirants to apply for Master of Technology or  Master of Planning or Master of Design programs or Master of Architecture  based on their GATE score for the years 2020,2021, and 2022 in  IIEST Shibpur, all NITs, , and some IIITs and GFTIs. Admission to the institutes will be based on the individual’s GATE score. GATE 2022 result was announced on 16 March 2022. The CCMT counselling 2022 is the single unit for GATE aspirants to apply for PG programs in master’s programs in NITs  and other centrally funded institutions like PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur, Institute of Technology SPA Vijayawada, IIIT Allahabad, IIITM Gwalior,  SLIET Longowal, NIFFT Ranchi,  Punjab Engineering College (PEC) Chandigarh, Central University of Rajasthan, and  Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University Katra and IIEST Shibpur.

GATE CCMT Counselling 2022

Malaviya National Institute of Technology or MNIT Jaipur will start registrations for GATE CCMT counselling 2022 tentatively from the end of May 2022  its official website ccmt.admissions.nic.in. An applicant with a valid GATE scorecard of 2020 or 21 or 22 can register for the CCMT 2022 counselling on their official website mentioned above. Based on the individual’s scores (in GATE 2022), he or she would be offered a seat based on cut off of the respective institutes.

An aspirant who wants to participate in the counselling process by CCMT 2022 has to provide a sum of Rs. 3000/- as the registration fees for the standard rounds and an additional fee of Rs. 3000/-  if he wishes to take part in the special rounds.

GATE CCMT 2022 Cutoff

The aspirants will be able to apply for the admission process based on the marks on the scorecard. GATE cutoff is the minimal mark required to be eligible for a GATE scorecard. The table below provides the round-wise previous year’s cutoff for  CCMT.

CCMT 2022 Registration and Counselling Process

The GATE CCMT 2022 counselling process will have five Stages as discussed below:

Stage 1: CCMT Registration, Choice Filling, and Locking

• Get yourselves registered on the GATE CCMT portal by paying the required fees (discussed above)
• After this , the candidate needs to fill out an application form and select his or her choices of courses and institutes.

Stage 2: Seat allotment and acceptance of Deposit Fee

• You have to deposit a fee of  30,000 for seat acceptance.
• Take a hard copy of your allotment letter for production at reporting and verification.

Stage 3: Submit Willingness and necessary Documents

• The soft copy of your documents for the verification process has to uploaded in the form of soft copy online, This option would be opened only after fee payment of the seat acceptance.

Stage 4: Online CCMT 2022 Document Verification

• Institute which is allocated will verify the document of the aspirant

Stage 5: Admission to the Finally Allotted Institute.
