Those aspiring to apply for the post of management trainee should have  a B.E/ B. Tech degree in the  concerned field.  The candidate should also have appeared in the GATE 2022 Exam in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Instrumentation.

EIL will consider only those candidates who have appeared for the GATE exam 2022. Candidates will be shortlisted for future selection based on their marks obtained in GATE 2022. Candidates should score a minimum of 85% in GATE 2022. This will be followed by a group discussion or interview.
