KPSC
Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) is governed by Government of Karnataka. It has been a long back history regarding the formation of this constitutional body, until 1921 there was no Central Authority to advise the State Government regarding recruitment to the State Civil Service. It was in 1921, a ‘Central Recruitment Board’ was formed by attaching it to the office of Government secretariat of Karnataka till 1940, as a central agency for various recruitment under government. Government appointed a Public Service Commissioner for the State in the year 1940. The Public Service Commission for the state was later constituted under the Constitution provisions of India on 1951. Public Service Commission got the concern to do recruitment with necessary notifications to carry out recruitment and conduct of Competitive Examinations, Departmental Examinations etc. KPSC conducts various examinations like KAS, departmental, Steno/Typist, A.C.F, Ministerial posts etc. One of the particularity in KPSC is that they maintains three lists in their website mentioning eligibility list, rejected list, and selected list, so that candidates will be able to see the three.

TSPSC
The Telangana State Public Service Commission is abbreviated as a TSPSC. It is a apex body created by the Constitution of India so as to select applicants for civil service Telangana state which was formed recently in the year of 2014. The recruitment are done according to the merits of the applicants and the rules of reservation under the complete authority of Govt. Of Telengana. As every PSCs, TSPSC is also a constitutional Body established Under Article 315 of Constitution of India. It provides a smooth and efficient functioning of the Government of Telangana by providing suitable candidates for various Government posts. TSPSC acts as a advisory body to Govt. of Telengana on decision making in various service matters like formulation of Recruitment Rules, advise on promotions, transfers and disciplinary actions etc., which was constituted on 2014 as per Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014. The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission bifurcated into APPSC and TSPSC after the separation of Telengana as a independent state. Shri. Ghanta Chakrapani appointed as the first chairman for TSPSC.
